Amber Hardy, J.D., serves as a Trust & Care Officer with Assured Trust Company, bringing nearly a decade of specialized experience in complex trust administration, client relationship management, and South Dakota trust law. Her career spans senior roles with leading Sioux Falls trust companies, where she expertly administered domestic and international trust structures, coordinated with advisors and legal professionals, and guided families through sophisticated fiduciary matters with precision and care.

Amber’s background includes extensive work with high-net-worth families, foreign and domestic trusts, underlying entity management, and cross-jurisdictional compliance. She is known for her thoughtful approach, deep legal knowledge, and commitment to delivering a seamless, client-focused experience. Prior to entering the trust industry, Amber practiced law in the areas of family law, criminal law, immigration, and business formation—experience that further enhances her holistic understanding of client needs.

Amber earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota. Community-minded and service-driven, she volunteers with Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons, is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and is the founder of MendIt605.
