Beth Boldt, J.D.

Beth Boldt, J.D. is an accomplished legal and trust professional with over 25 years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, litigation, and corporate legal strategy. As Assured Trust Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Beth oversees
operational efficiencies, trust administration, and strategic growth initiatives to enhance client services and organizational success.

Before assuming this leadership role, Beth served as Senior Trust Counsel at National Advisors Trust, where she played a key role in evaluating trust risk, advising on complex trust administration matters, consulting with new business, and advisor relations, and streamlining onboarding processes. She was instrumental in overseeing the seamless onboarding of large books of business through mergers and acquisitions, coordinating external litigation, managing vendor relationships, and supporting internal teams to optimize trust operations.

Beth’s career also includes nearly a decade as the Founder and Managing Attorney of Boldt Law, LLC, where she specialized in comprehensive estate planning, wealth preservation, and financial preparedness for families. Additionally, she dedicated over
15 years as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Merriam, autonomously managing municipal court dockets, trials, and appeals. She also served as a Pro Tem Municipal Judge and Prosecutor across multiple jurisdictions in Johnson County, Kansas,
demonstrating her deep legal acumen and courtroom proficiency.

Her earlier career experience spans insurance litigation, workers’ compensation defense, and estate planning with firms such as McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips, P.A. and Fox, Stretz & Quinn. A dedicated and committed educator, Beth also contributed to
legal education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas, where instructed on & “Legal Aspects of Business.”

Beth holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration also from KU, including an international business study abroad experience at The University of Stirling in Scotland. She is a
graduate of Cannon Trust School I (2020), participated in the Central Exchange Emerging Leaders Institute for Advancing Women, and remains engaged in legal ethics as a member of the Kansas Ethics and Grievance Committee. She is licensed to
practice law in Kansas (active) and Missouri (inactive). Beth and her husband are the proud parents of 5 children who are situated around the country. She enjoys traveling to see them, spending time in the garden, and playing tennis and pickleball. She will always respond “Go Navy” in support of her two children currently serving in our armed forces.
