Deborah Thompson serves as a Trust Operations Specialist at Assured Trust Company, bringing more than three decades of experience in financial operations, client service, and banking administration. Before joining Assured, Deborah held a variety of progressively responsible roles across the financial services sector, including Senior Member Associate at Azura Credit Union, Accounts Payable Specialist at Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen, and Remittance Processor with RLI Insurance. Previously, she spent ten years as Branch Manager of Peoria Bell Credit Union, where she oversaw ACH and debit card processing, reconciliations, financial statements, loan support, and internal audits. Her early career included positions as Lead Teller, Mortgage Loan Processor, and Customer Service Representative—roles that shaped her strong technical foundation and her commitment to accuracy and member-focused service.
