Before joining Assured Trust Company, Elisa worked with The Guaranty State Bank & Trust Company, where she supported trust services through document preparation, account reconciliation, transaction processing, and client onboarding. Her background also includes frontline customer service roles that strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washburn University, where she developed strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills—strengths she now applies to the precise and documentation-focused demands of trust administration.
