Kim Praechter serves as Chief Financial Officer for Assured Trust Company, bringing more than two decades of distinguished financial leadership across corporate, technology, and high-growth business environments. Known for her strategic insight and operational discipline, Kim oversees the company’s financial management, risk oversight, reporting, and long-term fiscal strategy.

Throughout her career, Kim has led transformative financial initiatives that strengthened organizational performance and positioned companies for sustainable growth. Her experience includes directing complex financial operations at national technology firms, global marketing agencies, and Sprint (now T-Mobile). She is recognized for her ability to enhance operational efficiency, improve profitability, and deliver accurate, decision-ready financial reporting to executive teams and stakeholders.

Kim’s leadership portfolio includes accomplishments such as:
 Developing and implementing scalable financial systems and reporting structures
 Leading successful financial system conversions and process modernization efforts
 Designing streamlined procurement, budgeting, and month-end close procedures

She lives in Shawnee with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and dogs.
