Senior Trust Operations Specialist

Kristen Duncan serves as Senior Trust Operations Specialist at Assured Trust Company. With more than 20 years of experience in trust operations and financial services, Kristen brings deep expertise in trust systems, compliance, and process improvement. She is especially passionate about trust systems, believing that technology should fit the business model — not the other way around.

Her career includes leadership roles such as Vice President and Director of Client Service at Trust Management Network in Dallas, and Head of Trust Operations, Vendor Management Supervisor, and BSA/AML Officer at Creative Planning Trust Company in Kansas City. Kristen earned her degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, KS, and attended Cannon Financial School at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Outside of work, Kristen serves on her children’s PTO boards and is dedicated to making schools a place where all children can thrive. She enjoys traveling, writing, illustrating, and painting, and she is a passionate lifelong learner.
