Dr. Ginger Feather

Ginger comes to our firm with a long record of energetic and ethical advocacy, driven by her desire to empower the disempowered and to serve underserved communities. With several advanced degrees, including a PhD in Political Science from the University of Kansas, Ginger has published numerous articles and book chapters addressing discrimination and disadvantaged communities. She has presented her research at workshops and conferences across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Ginger’s professional experience includes many years in academia, teaching in the fields of foreign language and global studies at the University of Kansas, the University of Maryland, and Johnson County Community College. She has been a guest lecturer at KU on the topics of “Women & Politics in the Middle East” and “Civil Society Activism in North Africa.”

Ginger volunteers as a sponsor for the Kansas Women’s Leadership Institute and has been a keynote speaker for both the Missouri and Kansas PEO State Conventions.

She is the mother of four, including a child with special needs, residing in Overland Park. Her goal at ATC is to bring her passion for advocacy to the elder care and special needs communities of Kansas City.
